Traceable Certified Reference Materials (CRMs)

Traceability - Reference certified traceable to NIST
primary Standard Reference Material - SRM 2065

Accreditation - All CRMs are produced and certified
in an ISO Guide 34 and ISO/IEC 17025 accredited
environment respectively as now required by ILAC
(International Laboratory Accreditation Co-operation)
for Reference Material producers.

Guarantee - CRMs are covered by a Lifetime Guarantee,
providing they are re-certified every two years and are
stored and used correctly.

Presentation – Liquid reference material, permanently
heat-fused sealed in a high quality far-uv quartz cuvette.
Provided in a polished hardwood wooden box.

Configuration – Provided in either a Transmittance or
Transmittance/Trans-reflectance format.

Transmittance – 10mm optical path length, both linear
path optical windows clear, opposed sides ‘grey’.

Transmittance/Trans-flectance – 5mm or 10mm optical
path length, depending on orientation. In 5mm
configuration, rear window mirror coated to provide
reflectance optical return – so path length effectively
2 x 5 = 10mm.

Certification – Complete with certificate of wavelength values,
and associated expanded uncertainty, for 13 assigned peak
values in the range 950 – 2550nm.
